SHIPING POLICY-
- General Information
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the amount of your order, using the original or appropriate method of payment.
- We use the services of the country’s most reputable and esteemed delivery companies, including Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, ExpressBee, and Porter.
- Shipping Locations
- We currently ship dental products to all locations within Country i.e. India.
- International shipping is not available currently.
- Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above Rs. 2999/-. And below this amount, Shipping charges will be Rs. 300/-
- Express Shipping: Rs. 800/- for all products.
- Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within prescribed business days (excluding weekends and holidays) mentioning in product description & information after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our courier’s website.
- Delivery Issues
- If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 1800-309-3833 & info@medentisequipments.com
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact us at 1800-309-3833 & info@medentisequipments.com with your order number, and we will investigate it for you.

- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- India’s orders are subject to applicable local taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Dispute
- Any disputes related to product delivery will fall under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
